The module \u201eTraining management\u201c<\/strong> in Anyva<\/strong> supports you in planning, implementing and following up on data protection, information security and compliance training in a targeted manner. It ensures that all relevant persons are informed about their duties, risks and rules of conduct - and that this is always the case. documented in a traceable and audit-proof manner<\/strong> can be realised.<\/p>

A central goal is the Effectiveness of technical and organisational measures<\/strong> within the meaning of Art. 32 GDPR. Because only if employees are sufficiently sensitised can protective measures be reliably effective. Training is therefore not just an obligation, but an essential component of a practised security culture.<\/p>

The module offers:<\/p>

  • Individual assignment of training duties<\/strong> depending on the role, organisational unit or processing activity.<\/p><\/li>

  • Planning and implementation of face-to-face, e-learning or hybrid training courses<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

  • Participant tracking, success documentation and export options<\/strong> for internal audits or external verifications (e.g. certifications, supervisory authorities).<\/p><\/li>

  • Link to incidents or vulnerabilities<\/strong>, if a lack of knowledge is the cause or is assessed as a risk factor.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Thanks to integration into the overall Anyva system, training management can be combined with other modules such as the register of processing activities, DPIA or vulnerability management.
